“Think: Carrie Bradshaw’s writing voiceover in Sex and the City meets the female Jewish comedy of Broad City meets a touching tale of intergenerational trauma and resilience.”
– Rebecca Gross, Assoc. Producer
BOY VEY is an autobiographical one-woman show that I wrote in the summer of 2020, all about when I was forced to reckon with my sexual awakening and family Holocaust history at the same time. The show was first produced at Santa Monica Playhouse in spring of 2021 and has since toured nation-wide. Dana Resnick (Bad Jews, Odyssey Theatre) is the director and co-producer.

PERIOD. CAMPAIGN
We’re not living in a period piece, so why are periods??
In fall of 2021, I volunteered with TBWA\Chiat\Day LA, to help promote the work of PERIOD., a global non-profit dedicated to providing menstrual resources for all. A huge part of our campaign involved “Period Piece PSA’s,” short videos that commented on the issues of period poverty in satirical 18th century “period-drama” fashion. By joining forces with influencers across the country, these short clips garnered over $250K for PERIOD.
My personal contribution was PERIOD.’s second most-viewed video over the course of our campaign, coming in at 750k views with over 4.4k impressions. Tescia Deák (BBH USA / TBWA) was the creative director.
JUST FOR FUN

I’ll leave it at this: I had a lot of free time during the pandemic. Enjoy!
